These Terms govern the use of ShipRyd logistics, parcel delivery, fleet leasing, transportation, and related services provided by GOWITHEV Energy Private Limited.

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Parcel delivery and last-mile logistics.
• Fleet leasing and vehicle management.
• Warehousing and transportation support.
• Customized logistics solutions for businesses and enterprises.

Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the security of their account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Users must provide accurate shipment details including dimensions, weight, and contents.
• All goods must be lawfully permitted for transportation under applicable laws.
• ShipRyd reserves the right to refuse or return shipments that violate these terms.

The following items are strictly not permitted:

• Illegal goods and narcotics.
• Explosives and flammable materials.
• Counterfeit or pirated items.
• Any other goods prohibited under applicable Indian law.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by external factors including weather, traffic, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond ShipRyd's control. ShipRyd shall not be liable for delays caused by such factors.

• Leased vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.
• Lease payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.
• Users must maintain and return vehicles in good condition.
• ShipRyd reserves the right to recall vehicles for non-compliance.

• Users agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refunds shall be governed by ShipRyd's Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Avoid misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification of ShipRyd services or assets.
• Keep account credentials confidential.
• Report any unauthorized access or service issues promptly.

All ShipRyd intellectual property — including trademarks, logos, software, content, and materials — remains the exclusive property of GOWITHEV Energy Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

ShipRyd's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question. ShipRyd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of income, or loss of data.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOWITHEV Energy Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

ShipRyd shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, or network failures.

ShipRyd may suspend or terminate user access at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services, with or without prior notice.

Use of ShipRyd services is subject to the ShipRyd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in New Delhi, India, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.

Courts in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over matters where arbitration is not applicable or where interim relief is sought.

ShipRyd may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective upon publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
